I have my favorite’s to eat for Breakfast during my 30 Days Clean Eating challenge.
I do make it easy on myself by eating these same things and just rotate through them and I am completely okay that. You can always change up the ingredients in each one…..as long as it is fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. It’s fun to get creative.
Egg Whites with Spinach and Mushrooms
Oatmeal with Blueberries and Almonds, Cinnamon and Honey
Yogurt with Fruit and Nuts or Granola
