BAKED PUMPKIN DONUTS

PERFECT FALL BREAKFAST

These easy baked pumpkin donuts are loaded with pumpkin pie spice. They're moist and cakey and perfect with coffee or milk

all-purpose flour sugar pumpkin pie spice  baking powder  milk pumpkin puree egg vanilla extract confectioners sugar, optional cinnamon, optional

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice to a large bowl

Add the, milk, pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract and whisk until just barely combined

Grease a donut pan and fill each donut hole about 1/2 full of batter

Bake for 14-16 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Dip  donuts in a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon  cinnamon. OR Drizzle with vanilla glaze of 1 cup of confectioners sugar 2 tablespoons of milk of choice and 1/2 teaspoon  vanilla extract..

Serve warm or at room temperature.
