PERFECT FALL BREAKFAST
These easy baked pumpkin donuts are loaded with pumpkin pie spice. They're moist and cakey and perfect with coffee or milk

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice to a large bowl

Add the, milk, pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract and whisk until just barely combined

Grease a donut pan and fill each donut hole about 1/2 full of batter

Bake for 14-16 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Dip donuts in a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
OR
Drizzle with vanilla glaze of 1 cup of confectioners sugar 2 tablespoons of milk of choice and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract..
