PEPPER STEAK STIR FRY

 EASY DINNER

This pepper steak stir fry recipe is made with colorful bell peppers and tender flank steak in a savory sauce of ginger and garlic. Simple yet satisfying!

SAUCE INGREDIENTS   – Beef Broth – Soy Sauce – Rice Vinegar – Sesame Oil – Cornstarch – Grated Garlic – Grated Ginger

In small bowl, add all sauce ingredients and whisk together.

STIR FRY INGREDIENTS   – Flank Steak – Olive Oil – Onion – Red Bell Pepper – Green Bell Pepper – Sesame Seeds – Green Onion

Cook thinly sliced steak in skillet.

In skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion slices.

Add bell peppers and continue cooking until tender.

Transfer seared steak back to pan and stir in sauce. Cook until sauce has thickened.
