CRESCENT ROLL BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

DELICIOUS DISH

This crescent roll breakfast casserole is made with flaky, buttery crescent rolls as a crust then layered with cheese, breakfast sausage, eggs and any favorite veggies and baked until golden brown!

– Onion – Garlic – Spinach – Eggs – Salt – Pepper – Green Onion – Half-and-Half – Red Bell Pepper – Breakfast Sausage – Crescent Roll Sheet – Cheddar Cheese

Cook sausage, diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Add spinach to the mixture in skillet.

Unroll crescent sheet into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese and sausage mixture.

In large bowl, whisk eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage mix. Top with cheese.

Bake in 400°F oven for 45 minutes.
