CHRISTMAS CHEESECAKE BARS

DELICIOUS DESSERT

Delight in some Christmas cheesecake bars this holiday! A cross of an icebox cheesecake and whipped cream pie, they have a creamy filling over a buttery crust, topped with cookie crumbs and sprinkles!

Use food processor to pulse wafers and pretzels to fine crumbs then mix in melted butter.

Transfer half of crumb mixture into a pan.

In bowl, add cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract and blend.

Mix in the cool whip with the cream cheese mixture.

Mix in the sprinkles.

Pour cheesecake batter over top of cookie crust and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture and additional sprinkles on top then freeze for 4 hours before serving.
