STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAD

This strawberry banana bread is a moist quick bread recipe made with fresh strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, and loads of flavor! It’s a one-bowl recipe that is a great way to use overripe bananas!

In a small bowl, toss the strawberry chunks in 3 tablespoons of flour until evenly coated.

In large bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine the egg, yogurt, sugars, and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients, including the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gently mix.

Add the mashed bananas and strawberries and gently stir to combine.

Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake at 350° F for 55-65 mins until top is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
