GREEK SALAD WITH SALMON

DELICIOUS DISH

This Greek salad with salmon is made with fresh ingredients and has all the Mediterranean flavors and a healthy dose of protein from the seared salmon!

Place the salmon cubes in a bowl or on a plate. Season with salt and pepper and toss.

Sear the salmon cubes in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until browned.

Add all of the salad ingredients to a large salad bowl and top with the cooked salmon.

In small bowl, add the dressing ingredients and shake or whisk together.

Drizzle the salad with the vinaigrette dressing and toss to coat.
