GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF

If you’re looking for a hearty meal your whole family will love, you can’t go wrong with this ground beef stroganoff. A slight variation on a classic favorite, it’s made with such simple ingredients!

Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water, then drain.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and break into crumbles.

Sauté the onions and mushrooms in melted butter.

Sprinkle in the flour and stir, then gradually add the broth.

Stir in the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper.

Add beef back into skillet, along with the cooked noodles.

Stir to make sure everything is coated in the sauce.
