In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar.

Add in the egg, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla. Blend until everything is mixed.

Gradually add the dry ingredients a bit at a time.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough balls onto a prepared baking sheet.
