This simple miso chicken thighs recipe is juicy chicken quickly marinated in miso, soy sauce, and honey for a delicious dinner ready in 30 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the miso, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Marinate chicken and make sure evenly coated.

Cook chicken for 10–11 minutes, flipping halfway; add marinade in the last 2 minutes.

Enjoy this easy meal over rice, with some vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions to garnish!
