CORNED BEEF HASH

DELICIOUS DISH

Corned beef hash is my favorite way to use up leftover corned beef!  Chunks of beef, tender potatoes and onions is wonderful served for breakfast or dinner with eggs and toast.

Add oil then add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and brown.

Add the onions to sauté for about 4-5 minutes until soft and translucent.

Add the garlic and seasoning and cook for another 1 minute.

Toss in the chopped cooked corned beef and any additional oil and stir.

Garnish with parsley prior to serving.
