SUCH A YUMMY DISH

Rasta pasta is a Caribbean inspired pasta dish with huge flavor! It’s a Jamaican spin on Italian pasta made with jerk chicken, bell peppers, and penne pasta in a rich cream sauce!

Cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes until just barely cooked then set aside.

In the same pot, add the remaining butter and sauté the onions and peppers.

add the minced garlic and remaining jerk seasoning and cook.

Add chicken back into pot and pour in chicken stock and heavy cream and mix.

Remove from heat and stir in cheese once sauce starts to thicken.

Cook pasta al dente and add to chicken and sauce mixture.

Garnish with red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese and/or parsley if desired.
