This quick Thai shrimp stir-fry with pineapple and peppers is tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce—perfect for busy nights and full of bold, delicious flavor in just minutes!

Sauté the raw shrimp, pineapple, bell peppers, onions, and garlic until pink.

Stir in the chili flakes, brown sugar, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for another minute.

Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with green onions. Serve over Jasmine rice or noodles.
