Avocado Chocolate Pudding recipe in a glass dish with text overlay

This easy, healthy Avocado Chocolate Pudding gives you rich and creamy indulgence without the guilt! It is made with healthy swaps and is packed with nutritious ingredients! It’s vegan and gluten free!

This is another one of those recipes that I thought, “Never in a million years will this combination of ingredients taste good.”

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This chocolate pudding has no refined sugar and you can make it non-dairy as well with your milk of choice.  I decided to use coconut milk this time but almond milk, cashew milk or regular milk will work fine too.

You may like these other healthy desserts too: Berries and Cream Chia Pudding, Healthy Chocolate Truffles, or Greek Yogurt Chocolate Banana Muffins.

Just toss all the ingredients into your food processor or blender and in a couple of minutes you’ll be indulging in  a creamy, decadent pudding. No guilt at all!

I sprinkled a little shredded dark chocolate on top too for extra fun!

I can’t wait to try out your pudding. Avocados and pudding don’t sound like they go together but the consistency looks great. This is perfect since our daughter can’t have dairy. I shared this on Facebook. 🙂

I’ve been meaning to try chocolate avocado pudding forever. Like you were, I’m a bit skeptical. I plan to give this a try after our cleanse. Stumbled the post.

Wow! Another reason to love avocados! I can’t imagine having it with coconut or soy milk but regular milk and almond milk sounds yummy! The bananas as always overpower any kind of bad taste in the mix. I will add brown sugar in mine if it is not sweet enough for my taste.
