I have my favorite’s to eat for Breakfast during my 30 Days Clean Eating challenge.
I do make it easy on myself by eating these same things and just rotate through them and I am completely okay that. You can always change up the ingredients in each one…..as long as it is fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. 🙂 It’s fun to get creative.
Egg Whites with Spinach and Mushrooms
Oatmeal with Blueberries and Almonds, Cinnamon and Honey
Yogurt with Fruit and Nuts or Granola
