This sauteed brussel sprouts recipe is incredibly simple and equally delicious!
Day 9 of my 30 Days of Clean Eating Challenge. Eating all kinds of sauteed or roasted veggies is an easy, cheap and WONDERFUL part of clean eating! The perfect meals for us are a piece of grilled or baked chicken or fish and veggies!
This Sauteed Brussel Sprouts recipe is my new favorite, favorite side dish! Literally, I cook them twice a week.
Ingredients
1 lb bag of frozen Brussel Sprouts
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
3 cloves of garlic
Directions
1. Add oil and garlic to saute pan and cook for 1-2 mintues.
2. Add Brussel Bprouts
3. Add ¼ cup of water and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes until brussel sprouts are no longer frozen.
4. Uncover and cook on medium heat until water is completely evaporated and garlic starts to get a little brown. Stir often to make sure they are evenly browned a little.
