BAKED MAPLE DONUTS

DELICIOUS TREAT

These baked Maple donuts are a celebration of all things fall! They are the perfect treat to share at any party during the fall. These donuts are made from scratch and topped with a maple frosting!

For the Donuts – Flour – Granulated Sugar – Baking Powder – Ground Cinnamon – Whole Milk – Maple Syrup – Butter – Egg – Vanilla Extract For the Maple Frosting – Butter – Maple Syrup – Powdered Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Pecans

In large bowl, add milk, maple syrup, melted butter, egg and vanilla and whisk. 

In separate bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix, then mix into wet ingredients.

Carefully pour batter into greased donut pan.

Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown and transfer to wire rack.

In a medium bowl, add butter, maple syrup, and cream, then add powdered sugar and mix. Add vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.

Spread the frosting onto the donuts. Sprinkle tops with chopped pecans.
