CHICKEN KATSU

DELICIOUS DISH

Air fryer chicken katsu is a crisp and flavorful take on the Japanese classic—no deep frying needed! These golden, crunchy cutlets are served with a tangy homemade sauce, making for a lighter meal!

In a small bowl, whisk the egg and salt.

In a separate shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and flour.

Dip the chicken in egg, let the excess drip off, then press into Panko, coating both sides evenly.

Arrange breaded chicken in an air fryer, spray with oil, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip, cook for 5 more minutes.

In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sugar.

 ENJOY!
