Make the Marinade by adding the sliced chicken, soy sauce, oil and cornstarch to a large bowl.

Cook the noodles according to package directions to al dente.

Make the sauce in a small bowl by adding the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Heat oil in skillet then once hot transfer pieces of chicken into the skillet to cook 4-5 minutes.

Swirl in more oil and cook the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Then, toss in the veggies to cook until tender yet still crispy.

Then, add the cooked chicken, cooked noodles, and green onions.
