COTTAGE CHEESE CHIPS

These cottage cheese chips are a great low-carb snack that are made with just cottage cheese (and any favorite seasoning you’d like to top them with) and then simply baked until crispy and golden.

Ingredients -Cottage Cheese -Everything Bagel Seasoning

Using a cookie scooper, scoop 1 – 1.5 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto a lined cookie sheet.

Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning overtop of the cottage cheese prior to baking.

Bake for 35-40 minutes checking periodically.
