Bisquick quiche is a delicious crustless quiche made with fluffy eggs, bacon, onions and a cheddar cheese topping! This easy quiche recipe is a simple way to feed a crowd!

– Bacon – Onion – Milk – Eggs – Salt – Pepper – Thyme – Cheddar Cheese – Bisquick Baking Mix

Cook diced bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crispy.

Add onions to skillet and sauté.

In large bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and thyme.

Add bacon and onions, pour mixture into pie plate and top with shredded cheese.

Bake quiche until golden brown. Top with bacon and green onions.
