These Butter Pecan Cookies are soft, slightly crispy, and wildly delicious! They’re the signature combo of brown butter, pecans, and brown sugary sweetness!
Place 1 stick of butter in a pan and heat over medium heat until melted. TCook it for approximately 5 minutes until it turns light brown, stirring often.
In a separate small bowl, add the flour and baking soda and toss to mix together.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just barely combined and large lumps of flour are mixing in.
VARIATIONS1. Stir in ½ cup of white chocolate chips or toffee bits to the batter.2. Roll the balls of dough in white sugar before baking.3. sprinkle each cookie with some coarse salt4. Add some cinnamon to your cookie dough.
