CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE

DELICIOUS DISH

This easy cabbage roll casserole recipe has all the flavors of traditional cabbage rolls without the fuss of rolling them. A hearty casserole made with simple ingredients!

– Olive Oil – Cabbage – Salt – Ground Beef – Onion – Garlic – Diced Tomatoes – Tomato Sauce – Dried Italian Seasoning – Black Pepper – White Rice – Cheddar Cheese

In large skillet, add chopped cabbage and salt and cook over medium heat.

In same skillet, turn heat to medium-high and cook the ground beef. Add in onions and garlic.

Pour in diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then mix.

Remove pan from heat, add in cooked rice and softened cabbage. Mix.

Transfer rice mixture to prepped casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350° F for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted.
