EASY CARROT CAKE LOAF

EASTER TREAT

This carrot cake loaf has everything you love about a classic carrot cake in the form of bread topped with homemade cream cheese frosting.

CARROT CAKE LOAF  INGREDIENTS – Milk – Canola Oil – Greek Yogurt – Eggs – Vanilla Extract – Brown Sugar – Flour – Baking Soda – Ground Cinnamon – Ground Nutmeg – Carrots

Mix wet ingredients in mixing bowl then add brown sugar.

Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl then combine with dry mixture and mix in carrots.

Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Allow loaf to cool on a wire rack before icing.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING INGREDIENTS –  Cream Cheese – Butter – Powdered Sugar – Vanilla Extract

Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth.

Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar then beat.

Spread icing on carrot cake loaf and sprinkle with cinnamon.
