DRUNKEN NOODLES

DELICIOUS DISH

Drunken Noodles are ready in 15 minutes from start to finish for a quick, easy meal.  This Thai dish is made with rice noodles, chicken, bell peppers and broccoli in a  sweet and spicy stir-fry sauce!

In a large skillet, cook the chicken in oil.

In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers

Add the broccoli, garlic, and ginger.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chili paste, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.

Add the chicken back to the skillet along with the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce then mix.

Cook for 2 minutes until heated through then garnish.
