CHICKEN STROGANOFF

DELICIOUS DINNER

This easy chicken stroganoff recipe is the ultimate comfort food that my  whole family loves. Ready in less than 30 minutes, it’s the perfect weeknight dinner!

Cook the noodles separately and cook the stroganoff as it boils.

Pat chicken dry with paper towel and season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.

Sprinkle flour on both sides. Gently press flour into the chicken.

Cook the chicken in heated oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Transfer chicken to cutting board and cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

Melt butter then cook mushrooms and onions until softened, then add garlic.

Slowly pour in the chicken broth.

Stir in heavy cream. Remove skillet from heat and stir in sour cream. Add  Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.

Add chicken back into sauce and toss to coat. Then add cooked noodles in and stir.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
