EASTER BASKET COOKIES

A FUN EASTER TREAT

These Easter basket cookies are an easy treat made with refrigerated sugar cookie dough, simple green frosting and mini candy eggs. They are perfect for holiday get-togethers and Easter parties!

Sugar cookie dough Butter Powdered sugar Milk Vanilla extract Green gel food coloring Mini egg candies

Slice the Pillsbury cookie dough into 12 even pieces  then place one slice in each muffin cup. 

Bake for 12–15 mins, until the edges are golden then let cool and press a glass in the center.

Remove from baking pan and put on wire rack.

Beat the softened butter until fluffy.

Slowly mix in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla then add food coloring.

Pipe the frosting it into each cookie cup and top with candy eggs.
