HIBACHI CHICKEN

THE PERFECT COPYCAT

This hibachi chicken and vegetables served with rice or noodles is a homemade version of what you’d get at a Japanese steakhouse. Great for meal prep and easy weeknight dinners!

Add the chicken in a bowl with the rice vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, and pepper and toss.

Cook the vegetables and seasonings for 7-8 minutes until tender.

Serve over white rice, brown rice, egg fried rice, or lo-mein noodles.
