Grate the cold butter into the flour mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

Pour in the milk and mix until a dough forms.

Use a round biscuit cutter to cut biscuits into cicles.

Place dough into a prepared cast iron skillet or use baking sheet.

Bake biscuits for 18-20 minutes at 400° F until the tops are golden brown.
