INSTANT POT PULLED PORK

DELICIOUS DINNER

Instant Pot pulled pork is the easiest way to get juicy, shredded meat cooked in a tangy, spicy, smoky braising liquid in just over an hour!

Gently rub the dry rub mixture into all the pieces of meat.

Turn the Instant Pot to sauté and drizzle in the olive oil then sear meat for one minute.

Add tablespoon of oil, sauté the onions, and season with salt. Cook until soft then add garlic.

Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, liquid smoke, and bay leaves.

Add the pork back into the pot and cook on high for 60 minutes.

Once it is safe to remove the lid, use a two forks to shred the meat apart.
