KEY LIME PIE

DELICIOUS PIE

With a quick homemade graham cracker crust and a creamy filling made with cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and fresh lime juice, this key lime pie will have everyone begging for the recipe!

Pulse crackers in a food processor or crush them in a bag with a rolling pin.

Place crumbs in a bowl and add in the melted butter, sugar, and salt.

Mix then press the cracker mixture evenly into pie plate.

In bowl, cream cheese and blend. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and some of the zest and mix.

Gently mix in the thawed Cool Whip.

Pour the pie filling into the graham cracker crust.

Chill before serving.
