MAPLE SOY BAKED SALMON

INGREDIENTS

Salmon Olive Oil Maple Syrup Soy Sauce Garlic Ginger

Place olive oil and salmon in a cast iron skillet or baking dish

Bake at 425 F for 10-12 minutes

While baking, mix ingredients for glaze and boil until thickened.

Pour glaze over  cooked salmon.  Save a little glaze  for topping

Let sit for 4 minutes prior to serving.

Serve over rice with a favorite vegetable. Garnish with scallions, optional
