PECAN PIE

DELICIOUS DISH

This pecan pie is a sweet, classic dessert with crunchy pecans in a caramel-like filling, a slight touch of cinnamon, all on a perfect buttery crust. Always a favorite for the holiday season!

Unroll /roll the dough and place it into the center of the pie dish.

Place pecan halves on pie crust and spread evenly.

In large bowl, add eggs, corn syrup, light brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt then mix.

Pour mixture into pie dish over top of pecans spread evenly.

Bake pie at 350°F for 55-60 minutes then remove from oven and place on a wire rack for 2 hours before slicing.
