EASY LAYERED DESSERT

Pumpkin Delight also known as Pumpkin Lush, is the luscious layered dessert of graham cracker crust, cheesecake layer, and pumpkin pudding layer and topped with a whipped cream layer.

For the Crust: – Cinnamon Graham Crackers – Butter For Cream Cheese Layer: – Cream Cheese – Powdered Sugar – Cool Whip For Pumpkin Layer: – Pumpkin Puree – Evaporated Milk – Instant Vanilla Pudding – Pumpkin Pie Spice – Cool Whip – Pecans

Quickly make the crust, bake it, and give it time to cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric hand mixer then add powdered sugar.

Stir in a tub of cool whip into the cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over top of the cooled crust.

In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, dry pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice.

Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Finish with a top layer of remaining whipped topping, then garnish with graham cracker crumbs.
