Shepherd's pie soup has all of the classic flavors and elements of a traditional shepherd's pie in the form of a cozy, creamy, delicious soup!

Ingredient Needed: – ground beef carrots  onion  garlic  chicken broth half-and-half diced potato ground sage frozen peas frozen corn grated cheddar cheese – cornstarch

Brown the ground beef in a soup pot over medium heat then drain oil.

Using the same pot, add the onion and fresh carrots. Cook for 5 minutes, Then add garlic

Add the broth ground beef, half-and-half, potatoes, and ground sage. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

add the frozen corn and peas and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Mix the cheese and cornstarch together and then add it the soup in small batches, stirring constantly until the cheese has melted completely.

Substitute ground turkey for the ground beef is desired. Use all frozen veggies Substitute whole milk or other non-dairy milk of choice.
