SOCK IT TO ME CAKE

DELICIOUS DESSERT

This recipe is a moist buttery bundt cake with a ribbon of cinnamon pecan streusel filling and vanilla glaze on top. It’s perfect with a hot cup of coffee in the morning and dessert for any occasion! 

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, add the chopped pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix together.

Cream the butter until fluffy, then gradually mix in sugar and eggs one at a time, scraping the bowl often.

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing on low until combined.

Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract.

Pour half the batter into a bundt pan. Sprinkle the pecan, brown sugar, and cinnamon mixture evenly over the batter. 

Spread the remaining cake batter over the ribbon of brown sugar then bake.

After cooling, add the powdered sugar and milk and whisk together in a small bowl.

Once cool, drizzle the glaze evenly over top of the entire cake.
