FRUIT PIZZA COOKIES

DELICIOUS DESSERT

Fruit pizza cookies are so vibrant and colorful and so simple to make. Made with a sugar cookie base, a layer of cream cheese frosting, then topped with beautiful fresh fruit!

– Sugar Cookie Dough – Cream Cheese – Powdered Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Sliced strawberries – Blueberries – Raspberries – Kiwi – Blackberries – Mandarin Oranges

Prepare sugar cookie dough in bowl.

Flour surface, roll out cookie dough. Use stencil to cutout dough.

Place dough cutouts on baking sheet and bake.

In separate bowl, add butter and cream cheese. Blend until light and fluffy.

Add vanilla extract and blend.

Add in powdered sugar and mix fully.

Spread cream cheese and decorate with chopped fruit and berries.
