ICING THUMBPRINT COOKIES

DELICIOUS DESSERT

These melt in your mouth Icing Thumbprint Cookies are delicious, buttery shortbread cookies that is filled with a homemade icing. Topped with a red candy heart for a Grinch inspired Christmas cookie!

- Butter - Granulated Sugar - Salt - Egg - Vanilla Extract - Flour - Powdered Sugar - Milk - Corn Syrup - Food Coloring - Candy Hearts

Add dry ingredients into a medium bowl then mix

In large mixing bowl, mix butter and sugar together.

Add in the egg yolk and vanilla then mix.

Add in the flour mixture.

Scoop dough and roll into balls.

Press a crater/ well into dough then bake until edges are golden brown.

Mix icing ingredients together in bowl.

add food coloring to icing mix.

Add icing and candy hearts to each cookie well.
