SCALLOPED POTATOES

SUPER SIDE

These scalloped potatoes are the best classic holiday side dish! Loaded with gooey cheese and topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

– Potatoes – Butter – Minced Garlic – Minced Thyme – Four – Milk – Cheddar Cheese – Gruyere Cheese – Nutmeg – Breadcrumbs

Arrange sliced potatoes in baking dish.

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add garlic and thyme.

Whisk in flour then add milk and mix together.

Add cheese and nutmeg.

Stir until melted.

Pour cream mixture over potatoes , cover and bake for 50 minutes.

Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top with breadcrumbs and bake until golden.
