PUMPKIN  CRUNCH CAKE

DELICIOUS DESSERT

Pumpkin crunch cake is a must for fall season baking. This recipe is made with a yellow cake mix and pumpkin puree, crunchy pecans, and our favorite spices. It will quickly become a new fall favorite!

– Pumpkin Purée – Evaporated Milk – Sugar – Eggs – Pumpkin Pie Spice – Salt – Yellow Cake Mix – Pecans – Butter

In medium bowl, mix the pumpkin purée, evaporated milk sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

Pour into greased pan.

Sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts, and drizzle melted butter all over cake.

Bake in prepared oven. Let cool and then slice and serve with ice cream.
