RED VELVET SHEET PAN PANCAKES

EASY BREAKFAST

Sheet Pan Red Velvet Pancakes are the perfect way to serve a crowd on a special occasion breakfast or brunch

Dry Ingredients  – Flour – Cocoa Powder – Baking Powder – Powdered Sugar – Salt Wet Ingredients  – Whole Milk – Eggs – Vanilla Extract – Vegetable Oil – Red Food Coloring

Preheat the oven to 425° F  Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or oil.

In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients.

Mix dry ingredients together.

In a separate medium bowl, all the wet ingredients and whisk together well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until no large lumps remain.

Pour the batter onto the sheet pan and shake a little to spread evenly.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges begin to slightly darken.

Slice into desired size and serve topped with your favorite toppings.
