STEAK QUESADILLAS

DELICIOUS DISH

Fajita style steak quesadillas, featuring juicy sliced steak, sautéed peppers and onions and melted mozzarella all folded in golden-brown tortillas will quickly become a family favorite.

In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, adobo sauce, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper and mix.

Add the steak and toss to coat well on both sides.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onion and sauté. then add minced garlic once cooked.

Place the marinated steak in a cast iron skillet and cook.

Remove the steak from the pan then slice the steak into small cubes.

Add butter to skillet, then add a flour tortilla with mozzarella cheese, veggies and steak.

Fold the tortilla and cook until golden brown then flip.
