EASY BEEF AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY

BETTER THAN TAKEOUT! A 30-minute one-pan stir fry made with thin tender strips of beef, crunchy broccoli, coated in a mouthwatering brown sauce.

steak olive oil broccoli  soy sauce sesame oil  brown sugar  corn starch  garlic  ginger  pepper

Slice steak into thin small strips and mix sauce ingredients 

Combine the stir fry sauce ingredients and mix well. Then set aside.

Cut broccoli into florets and place in pan

Cook broccoli in  a hot skillet with 1 tablespoon oil for 5 minutes then set aside  in a bowl

Cook steak on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side to seal in the juices.

Pour the sauce over cooked steak and simmer for 4 minutes until thickened.

Add the broccoli back into the skillet and toss to coat with sauce

Serve over rice and top with toasted sesame seeds  if desired.
