Ingredients
3
bunches
broccoli crowns
cut into florets
5
tablespoon
of coconut oil or olive oil
4
cloves
garlic
minced
Pepper to taste
2
tablespoon
of lemon juice
juice of ½ a lemon
2
tablespoon
of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425
Cut broccoli florets off of the head of broccoli and place in a bowl.
Toss the broccoli florets in with 4-5 TSBP of coconut olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper
Place the broccoli on a baking sheet.
Roast in the oven 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
