Wash the mushrooms and brush with melted coconut oil or olive oil.
Sprinkle with pepper
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pesto sauce on the bottom slice of Faccocia bread.
Top with red onion slices, roasted red peppers, lettuce and feta cheese. If you use provolone cheese, it is fabulous to pop this in the microwave or in a toaster oven and melt the cheese.
