Simple Gluten Free Sweet Cornbread
This Simple Gluten Free Sweet Cornbread is a wonderful adaptation of Del Monte’s #10MinuteWow recipe. No one would ever guess it’s gluten free.

Total Time 55 minutes
- 17 ounces gluten free corn bread mix 2 packages of 8.5 oz. each
- 2 eggs
- 14.75 oz Del Monte® No Salt Added Cream Style Corn
- 15.25 oz . Del Monte® No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn, drained well.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease a glass or metal 9-inch square baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until blended well.
Pour batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
