gluten free corn bread mix
2 packages of 8.5 oz. each

Del Monte® No Salt Added Cream Style Corn

. Del Monte® No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn,
drained well.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease a glass or metal 9-inch square baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until blended well.
Pour batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
