This Simple Gluten Free Sweet Cornbread is a wonderful adaptation of Del Monte’s #10MinuteWow recipe. No one would ever guess it’s gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 17 ounces gluten free corn bread mix 2 packages of 8.5 oz. each
  • 2 eggs
  • 14.75 oz Del Monte® No Salt Added Cream Style Corn
  • 15.25 oz . Del Monte® No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn, drained well.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Grease a glass or metal 9-inch square baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until blended well.
  • Pour batter evenly into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes.
