Instructions
place a 6 - 7 lb turkey breast in the slow cooker and add a cup of water to the bottom of the cooker.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. (you can sprinkle any of your favorite spices that you would like, rosemary, sage, thyme are wonderful as well)
Lift the skin and sprinkle more garlic powder, onion powder and pepper under the skin and rub to cover.
Cook on high for 1 hours and then reduce to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
