1cupsmilkof any kind..almond milk or coconut are wonderful too
1/2tablespoonhoneyor maple syrup
In a bowl, blend honey and vanilla with milk.
Stir in chia seeds.
Pour into a mason jar or container.
Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
Top with fresh berries, nuts/ nut butter, fruit, granola, etc
Nutritional information includes a 1/2 cup each of strawberries and blueberries.Use stevia or other sweeteners of choice in lieu of honey or maple syrup.If your pudding is not thick enough, add more chia seeds. Start with 1/2 tablespoon and let it sit a little longer.
