Berries & Cream Chia Pudding

This berries and cream chia pudding, a delicious healthy choice for breakfast or snack, is packed full omega 3’s and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups milk of any kind..almond milk or coconut are wonderful too
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • In a bowl, blend honey and vanilla with milk.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Pour into a mason jar or container.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
  • Top with fresh berries, nuts/ nut butter, fruit, granola, etc

Notes

Nutritional information includes a 1/2 cup each of strawberries and blueberries.
Use stevia or other sweeteners of choice in lieu of honey or maple syrup.
If your pudding is not thick enough, add more chia seeds. Start with 1/2 tablespoon and let it sit a little longer.
