Made with 3 simple ingredients plus a touch of maple syrup, this Maple Whipped Coffee is light, frothy, and ready in 5 minutes! This Dalgona coffee trend is next-level good!
Add the instant coffee, water, and sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
Beat on high speed for approximately 2 minutes or until it forms stiff peak.
Add the maple syrup and blend for a few seconds to blend.
Place ice in 2 glasses.
Divide the milk between 2 glasses.
Top with the whipped coffee and add a little extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use an electric hand mixer, or blender if you don't have a sand mixer.Whipped coffee will start to melt as it sits so it's best to drink immediately.You must use instant coffee granules. Coffee and/or coffee grounds won't work as well!Make sure the water is very hot or it will not whip well.Substitute with any low fat milk or non-dairy milk alternative, like almond milk, soy milk, oat milk.Serve over cold or warm milk.
