This fresh mango salsa recipe is bursting with bold flavor with the perfect amount of sweetness. Made with juicy ripe mangos, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno pepper, fresh herbs and lime juice.
Cut each mango in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and make slices lengthwise and horizontal across the half without cutting through the peel. Turn the flesh inside out and scoop the cubes off carefully with a spoon or a paring knife.
2 large mangos
In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, diced tomato, sliced red onion, diced jalapeño and chopped cilantro.
2 Roma tomatoes, 1 red onion, 1 jalapeno, ½ cup fresh cilantro
Add in the lime juice and salt and stir to combine.
Juice of 2 limes, ½ teaspoon salt
